Our Products

Single tied bellows is a single bellow but with an addition of tie rods. The tie rods are normally attached to the end pipes or flanges with lugs that carry pressure thrust of the system. This thus eliminated the need of main anchors. By adding tie rods, the bellows cannot expand, hence axial growth is lost.Only lateral and angular movement can be absorbed with the tied expansion joint. The addition of tie rods does not eliminate the need for a well-planned guide system for the adjacent piping. Available accessories are liners and covers.Features:· Simplest, most economical design· Main and directional anchors not requiredTypes of Movement:· Only lateral and angular movement

The simplest form of expansion joint, for the purpose of absorbing any combination of the three basic movements(axial, lateral and angular) of the pipe section in which it is installed can be accommodated.A single metal bellows element can be fitted with fixed flanges, floating flange or pipe weld ends. Internal flow liners can be fitted to assist with obtaining a smooth flow and to minimize friction losses.These metal expansion joints do not restrain the internal pressure thrust. The A–100 series of dampers are engineered to meet each customer’s specified operating conditions, to assure dependable and trouble free operation.These dampers can be round dampers from 3″ diameter to 116″ diameter. Square and rectangular dampers are offered in small and large sizes as well; limited only by good engineering practices.
